About Us
LIN is a local brand of traditional abayas with simple and modern designs. Our pieces represent the evolution of fashion in the region which has been molded by our rich culture, warm climate, and our exposure to international contemporary designs. In this proposal, we introduce our signature piece from the L’aube collection.
L’aube, our first design, was inspired and created from our love for endless summers, sun, soft desert sands, and a minimalistic taste in attires. We chose the color mustard yellow which describes happiness, energy, and freshness which represents our brand’s personality
LIN designs are heavily based on high-quality linen material which makes our abayas sustainable and suitable for everyday use with sustainability as our main focus in our line. We tailor our designs so that they can be masterpieces; all our fabrics are imported from India, especially for LIN. The Abaya is a combined handmade sheared natural linen with yellow mustard pure silk which is called sand-washed; silk rubbed previously with sand to give it a softness and matt touch to add a kind of elegance to make the piece more unique.
Through this design, we attempt to preserve the contemporary Qatari identity through the modesty of elegance and simplicity to keep pace with modern fashion.
